Configure Insentric Account Settings — get started with the right setup

Set up your account settings first. This helps Insentric apply the right time zone, show your brand, and filter internal activity. These basics ensure clean, accurate reporting from day one.

Quick-start checklist

  1. Go to Account Settings in the left menu.
  2. Enter your company name.
  3. Choose your time zone.
  4. (Optional) Turn on HubSpot timezone sync.
  5. (Optional) Set your fiscal year start month.
  6. Add your internal email domains.
  7. (Optional) Upload your logos for light and dark mode.
  8. Click Save.

Enter basic details — company name, timezone, and structure

Company ID: This is created automatically and can’t be changed. Just note it for reference.

Company Name: Enter your organization’s official name. This helps identify your workspace and appears in admin areas.

Main Timezone: Choose the time zone your team works in (e.g., America/New_York). This makes sure reports and activity logs match your local hours.

Use HubSpot Timezone (optional): If you connect to HubSpot, you can sync timezones between platforms for consistency.

Fiscal Year Start (optional): If your fiscal year doesn’t start in January, turn this on and choose the correct month.

Email Domains: Add your company’s email domains (like example.com) so Insentric knows which users are internal.


Add company branding — upload logos for better visibility

You can add your logos to personalize the interface. Upload a version for light mode and one for dark mode so they display well in both themes.

  • Light Mode Logo: Use your standard logo. Accepted formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .png.
  • Dark Mode Logo: Upload a version with good contrast for dark backgrounds.

Note: Logos are optional, but they enhance visual consistency across reports and dashboards.


Save your settings — apply your changes

Once you're done updating your fields and logos, scroll to the bottom and click Save. Your updates will apply across your Insentric workspace right away.


Helpful tips — stay organized and consistent

  • Align your timezone with HubSpot only if it’s actively used.
  • Keep your list of email domains up to date.
  • Add logos to create a more branded experience.
