Refreshing your dashboards and charts ensures that your reports show the most up-to-date data. Insentric lets you refresh data manually or automatically — whichever suits your workflow best.

This guide explains both options so you can decide how to keep your data current.

Enable automatic refresh — update dashboards on a set schedule

To set up automatic refresh for a dashboard:

  1. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
  2. Select Set auto-refresh interval.
  3. Choose how often you want the dashboard to refresh — from every 10 seconds to every 24 hours.
  4. To disable auto-refresh, select Don't refresh.

Note: Auto-refresh works only at the dashboard level. You can’t set it for individual charts.

Refresh manually — reload data when you need to

To refresh a full dashboard:

  1. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Refresh dashboard. All charts will reload with the latest data.

To refresh just one chart:

  1. Hover over the chart and click the three-dot icon in its corner.
  2. Select Force refresh to update it with current data only.
