Exporting Reports — why it matters

Want to share insights from Insentric or add them to a report? You can download full dashboards or individual charts right from your Insentric environment. This helps you quickly turn data into presentations or documents.

While you can always prefer sharing them via link or embed, exporting is especially useful when you need to present static visuals in slides, share offline copies, or include attachments in emails.


Download Dashboards — save full views as PDF or images

To download a full dashboard:

  1. Go to the dashboard in your Insentric Superset workspace.
  2. Click the three-dot icon at the top right.

  3. Hover over Download.
  4. Select one of the available formats:
    • Export to PDF — Best for printing or sharing.
    • Download as Image — Saves the dashboard as a single image file.

Download Individual Charts — export data or visuals

To download a specific chart:

  1. Open the chart you want to download.
  2. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the chart box.

  3. Hover over Download.
  4. Choose a format:
    • Export to CSV
    • Export to Excel
    • Download as Image
    • Export to JSON
