Reset Password — quick steps to regain access

If you forget your password, you can reset it and log back in. Follow these steps:

1. On the Insentric login screen, click the Forgot Password link below the login fields.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Insentric account and click Submit.
3. Check your inbox for an email with a secure link.
4. Click the link and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Admin Help — if you don’t have email access

If you can’t access the email linked to your Insentric account, contact your administrator. They can:

• Create a new user account with a different email.
• Remove the old account to keep your data secure.
